Uncharted: Applejack's journey- Chapter 2Applejack held her head down as she cowered behind the stone altar, the wall in front of her being peppered with small explosions of dust that accompanied the loud bangs that were reminiscent of Pinkie's party cannon. Elena was crouched next to her, a black piece of L-shaped metal in her hands. On the other side of the altar, Applejack could hear screaming and crying out, along with the occasional angry or happy remark from Nathan or Sully. She felt a hand touch her shoulder, a small, delicate hand.
Vision: While it is fairly good that Applejack is starting to get the hang of her new physical state, I should hope that it doesn't have the accompanying cost of her getting used to gunplay for any other purpose aside from self-defense.
Originality: While the others are still pretty covetous of her and the other bearer's Elements, it does seem cool that she's the one who knows how and why to use them properly.
Technique: By comparing herself to the others, we get a fair idea of the physical and mental toll this is taking on her. A comparison to Fluttershy would mean nothing to these people but to someone who knows who that is, it says a lot.
Impact: I think that she should learn a phrase that'll save her life: "Sleep with one eye open." (Also, an armed society is a polite society.)
