Vision: It would seem from this adaptation of Skyrim that the dragons yearn for salvation by somepony a lot like Lancer at a time a lot like where they all are now; I'm not quite sure which of the villains Shadow is supposed to be quite yet but I have a suspect in mind.

Originality: Although the source material for the piece comes from a known source, there's enough of the mythology woven in it to make it its own thing.

Technique: Although in the world itself, the events are obscure, those of us reading it have a fair idea of what is going to happen when Lightningborn does arrive.

Impact: Seems to me that their prayers are going to be answered and the prophecy fulfilled.
